La Xixa Fem Comunitat som una organització on promovem el respecte per la diversitat i la cura de les persones mitjançant metodologies vivencials: treballem amb el teatre, els cossos i la facilitació.
Apostem per la transformació individual i col·lectiva cap a una societat més plural i mobilitzada a favor de la igualtat d'oportunitats entre tots/es. Treballem per a generar una presa de consciència sobre el poder, com utilitzar-ho i com reconèixer quan és abusat per altres i per nosaltres mateixos/es, amb l'objectiu d'alliberar-nos juntament de dinàmiques de desigualtat i opressió.
