La Xixa is a non-profit organization that promotes respect for diversity and the care of people through experiential methodologies: we work with theater, bodies and facilitation.
We are committed to the individual and collective transformation towards a more plural and mobilized society in favor of equal opportunities for all. We work to generate an awareness of power, how to use it and how to recognize when it is abused by others and by ourselves, with the aim of freeing us together from dynamics of inequality and oppression.
