La Xixa is starting the new year with a new free training programme aimed for working women, especially those who work in the home and care sector in Castelldefels.
This is Creant Cures project, promoted by Ajuntament de Castelldefels and run by La Xixa, which aims to make visible and address the inequalities experienced by this group through their own voices, stories and visions.
In this training we will work and explore theatrical, creative and experiential tools. We will address the need to defend the labour and social rights of domestic and care workers and we will also work to raise awareness and involve the citizens of Castelldefels so that this is no longer an invisible sector.
